Image Use Agreement

Client grants KImages360 / Kwame N. Harris the right to use images from this session for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless a private session is specifically requested and confirmed in writing. Any concerns regarding image use must be submitted in writing, and KImages360 will review and address reasonable requests at its discretion.

Respectful & Professional Use Policy

KImages360 agrees that any use of images will not be conducted in a manner that is knowingly defamatory, malicious, or intended to misrepresent or exploit the client, their business, their associates, or any other individual. All images will be used solely for professional, marketing, and artistic purposes consistent with the brand and services of KImages360.

Digital delivery acknowledgment — Client understands that all deliverables are digital only. No prints are provided. Images are delivered via private online gallery. Client has full rights to download, print, and use images for personal purposes anywhere they choose.

Session policies — Client acknowledges the cancellation and rescheduling policy: cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit any deposit paid. Weather-related rescheduling will be coordinated at no additional charge.
